“ Our family has built four architect-designed up-market houses in New Zealand and Australia and Hive is by far the most professional architectural firm we have worked with.
We bought the land in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast before we moved from New Zealand, so we needed an architect who could hold our hand from initial concept to move in day and beyond. On a short visit to Buderim we asked around for recommendations and quickly decided to work with Hive. We met on site the next day with Damian to discuss the project.
Whilst we were still in NZ, Damian managed matters on our behalf . He was flexible, made good suggestions but listened attentively to our ideas. When the time came to choose a builder he suggested possible candidates. Damian acted as project manager and contractual interface with the builders. The process was extremely smooth and we are delighted with the end result.
